2. Service Agreement
Before the commencement of any project, we require a signed agreement that outlines:

4. Revisions & Amendments
- Revisions: Depending on the type of service, Websparq Digital includes a set number of revisions (typically 2-3 rounds) for designs or deliverables. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional charges.
- Amendments: If a client requests changes to the scope of work after the project has commenced, these changes will be subject to a review and may require a separate agreement or additional charges.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment Structure: For all projects, we require a deposit (usually 30%) before starting work, with the remaining balance due upon completion or as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Late Payments: Payments that are not made according to the agreed schedule may result in a delay in services or suspension of the project until payment is received.
- Invoices: Websparq Digital will issue invoices upon completion of milestones or as per the payment schedule outlined in the service agreement. Payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
6. Client Support & Communication
- Communication Channels: We value clear and timely communication. Our main communication channels are email and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, etc.). Regular updates will be provided throughout the project.
- Support After Completion: For certain services (e.g., web development), we offer a limited period of post-launch support to resolve any immediate issues. Additional support may be available for a fee after the support period ends.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Confidentiality: We understand the importance of protecting your business information. All sensitive data shared with us will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
- Data Protection: Websparq Digital adheres to industry best practices for data protection and will handle any personal data shared with us in accordance with relevant privacy laws, such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
8. Ownership of Work
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment for a project, the client will retain ownership of the intellectual property rights for the work delivered (e.g., website, logo, branding materials). However, Websparq Digital may retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Licenses: Any third-party software, themes, or tools used as part of the project may be subject to their respective licenses. The client will be responsible for acquiring licenses for such tools, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Termination of Service
- Termination by Client: If the client decides to terminate the project before completion, they must notify Websparq Digital in writing. Any work completed up to that point will be billed, and a refund for uncompleted work will be issued, if applicable, based on the terms outlined in the service agreement.
- Termination by Websparq Digital: Websparq Digital reserves the right to terminate a project if the client fails to meet their obligations (e.g., failure to provide required materials or feedback) or breaches the terms of the service agreement. In such cases, the client will be billed for the work completed up to that point.
10. Limitation of Liability
While Websparq Digital strives to provide the highest quality service, we cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. The total liability of Websparq Digital is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
